The Seattle P-I has an update today on the saga of Squirrelman, a homeless Seattleite who the city booted from his Eastlake tree house last month. When neighbors heard Dave Csaky was getting evicted, they chipped in to buy him an RV. Now, a woman who wishes to remain anonymous has invited Csaky to park his RV on her patch of land in Skagit County. She's letting him stay in exchange for help caring for her animals, which include a pack of wolf-dog hybrids, horses, goats and pot-bellied pigs. She tells the P-I: "The next step is trying to find him work ... It's a bit tougher out here to make money."
A huge thank you to the anonymous country lady! She opened her heart and hopefully they will both be better off, as well as the animals getting the attention they all need.
We need more people to step up and help, when help is really, really needed!
Howdy mates,
I don't know if relocating a local bum out of city habitat is a good idea. But with our seattle overcrowded habitat we may have to relocate some of the local wildlife. We should write about other specimens in the paper each week and maybe some other foolish back country women will hunt them down and move them to their rural wildlife sanctuary thus freeing up some of our own habitat for new bums to move into. This is trial and error at this point mates but perhaps this silly woman has found a way for us to cure our overpopulated habitat. I cant wait to see what happens next. What a splendid idea. I can tell squirrelman bum is an old buck and very wize by him saying he don't want to be a burden on her. That is a trick only the wisest and oldest of bums do.
