One Belltown resident snapped this Flickr photo of the neighborhood's latest effort to solve their pet poop problem: doggie poop bag dispensers. "Hallelujah!" blogs Belltowner. "We all know how obnoxious it can be when the sidewalk is like a mine field of dog poop." No kidding. Belltown isn't the only neighborhood with this problem. Green Lake, for one, could use like three or four around the lake. And while many owners are pretty responsible, a lot aren't. Hopefully this will encourage them to clean up their act.
