After a Monroe firefighter found a pipe bomb dangling on his front door, neighbors speculate his unruly foot-high grass, weed-filled lawn may have prompted the incident.

maybe he is too busy protecting the local families from death that he doesn't have time to mow. How about those neighbors jump in and help mow it????

I agree.. he goes out protects the community and because someone doesn't like his tall grass, they threaten him and the neighborhood? They should get off their butts and mow the lawn for him.

Protect? Firemen sleep 85% of their day, and when they are not, they are transporting people with chest pains. Don't blame the lawn on being a fireman.

I don't thing the lawn has anything to do with the pipe bomb showing up on the door step. All you have to do is go a quarter of a mile down the road and there is a large toddler park that has not been mowed or had any of keep in years. Besides a quarter of the yards in the Fryelands are not in perfect condition.
