KEXP, local bands invade Ballard

Last summer, Ballard beat out other Seattle neighborhoods during KEXP's annual fundraising drive, so the public radio station is returning the favor today with KEXP Ballard Day: tons of bands, live broadcasts and discounts at local businesses for KEXP members. The action got started early this morning with Seattle hip hop duo Common Market at Cupcake Royale:
