Nothing says the '80s like Duran Duran, neon clothing, side ponytails - and $1.25 pepperoni pizza slices. To celebrate their 20th birthday, Pagliacci Pizza will be rolling back to 1988 prices at their lower Queen Anne location this Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight. Cheese slices will be $1.25, combos $1.55 and Primos $1.95. Soft drinks will be 75 cents and free cake at lunch (while it lasts). The corner location at Queen Anne and Mercer became the third Pagliacci Pizzeria on June 20, 1988. Originally it was the location of the Van de Kamp Dutch Bakery, which featured a huge windmill towering over the bakery. When delivery service was introduced at the Queen location, it proved so popular another kitchen had to be built just for deliveries.
