Just the other day, I made the guilty admission of really loving 'Animal House,' the frat-boy movie filmed in Eugene, Ore., some 30 years ago. Well, like-minded fans will be happy to hear: A&E's Biography Channel will profile the film tonight in a two-hour documentary "Animal House: The Inside Story." Pangolin Pictures interviews the movie's creators and stars, and uncovers the inspiration behind the movie's classic toga party. They also visit the University of Oregon in Eugene and interview locals who were involved in the film. Produced for under $3 million, the comedy earned about $141.6 million at the box office, making it one of most profitable films ever made. (Via P-I)

I lived in Eugene at the time, and heard lots of stories - nice and not so nice. This should be fun.
