Kapow! Coffee, the folks that brought you "Ride the S.L.U.T" t-shirts, now has its sights on a new target: billionaire Paul Allen. They're circulating a satirical petition to build a 300-ft. statue of the dominant developer of South Lake Union and have it erected in a local park, "to show the proper respect for all the wonderful things he's done for the neighborhood," employee Jeremiah St. Georges told The Big Blog. Customers know it's all tongue in cheek, but so far 300 people have pledged their support. "Fremont has Lenin, Capitol Hill has Jimmy Hendrix," St. Georges said. "We need Paul." (Via The Big Blog)
