A big bash is set to take place tonight for Barack Obama supporters as Obama accepts the Democratic Party's nomination for President. Obama's Campaign for Change will host a convention watch party at the Showbox SoDo (1700 1st Avenue South) in Seattle. Doors will open to the public at 5:30 p.m., and supporters are encouraged to arrive early. Some 65 other house parties for Obama will be held across the state as well; check their Web site for the location nearest you.
