Tickets are now on sale for Metallica's Dec. 1 show at KeyArena. The show follows last week's release of their first studio album in five years, "Death Magnetic," which has already sold nearly a half million copies and tops the Billboard 200. Band members in the past were known for their strong views against online music services like Napster, but it seems they've changed their tune. The Times reports that they were OK with the fact that this new album was leaked online before the planned release date. Drummer Lars Ulrich told the media: "It's 2008 and it's part of how it is these days."
LARS ULRICH IS METALLICA'S DRUMMER NOT THEIR LEAD SINGER, FOR ANYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT METALLICA JAMES HETFIELD HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE LEAD VOCALS OF THE BAND!!
JAMES HETFIELD IS THE LEAD SINGER OF METALLICA NOT LARS ULRICH...HE'S THE DRUMMER
I'm excited! I started listening to Metallica over 20 years ago in Jr. High--now my 9 year son listens. The concert will be a family affair! Same weekend is AC/DC--sounds like a Beavus and Butthead weekend to me! Whoo Hoo
