If you haven't seen it yet, here's the first of Microsoft's new commercials featuring Bill Gates and comedian Jerry Seinfield. In this ad, the two meet in a mall discount shoe store. After discussing shoes at length, the two leave the mall eating churros (a Latin fried pastry) and Bill adjusting his underwear. The commercial concludes with the words: "The future, delicious." There's no mention of Microsoft's operating system Vista at all. I think the jury's still out on whether the ad is funny or not and succeeds in wooing the Mac crowd. One blogger says the tech crowd is pretty "underwhelmed" by it. Check it out for yourself.

It makes no sense. At least you know the point of the Mac commercial is to make the PC look dumb. These commercials are just strange...like Napoleon Dynamite.

They should have made fun of the Mac because it doesn't have a second mouse button. One button is just plain old undemocratic.

PS. Yes Mac Fan Boys I know that you can buy an additional mouse that supports 2 buttons.....but it's not the same.

The Mac is the Conquistador...you keep trying to make it work just right but it still doesn`t , even after a lot of massaging the leather(Mac). The Hispanic family represent PC users , as they are aware the Mac is overpriced and just doesn`t work(fit) quite right. They are onto the Mac facade. "HELLO"
