It seems the next addition to South Lake Union's growing scene will be Seastar restaurant. The fancy eatery opened in 2002 in Bellevue, and serves seafood, steaks and pasta. Yum. It plans to open a new location near the South Lake Union Whole Foods in early 2009. In addition, Zaw pizza is getting ready to open up on Republican and Yale in South Lake Union.
