Halloween season is here (along with the Christmas decorations at Macy's) - and what's Halloween without the requisite group of zombies following the footwork of the King of Pop? For the second year in a row, thousands of people in the Northwest and across the globe will attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the most people doing a dance simultaneously. And like last year, they're doing it to Michael Jackson's "Thriller." This year's "Thriller" attempt is Saturday, October 25th at 11:00 a.m. sharp at Occidental Park in Pioneer Square - so expect to see plenty of ghouls and goblins parading about. Last year, 1,722 dancers, 100 of those in Seattle, in 52 cities on five continents helped set the record for "Largest Simultaneous Thriller Dance (multiple locations)." To break the record for most people doing a simultaneous dance, they'll need a lot more dancing zombies. The current record is held by about 200,000 Canadian school children doing the "Hokey Pokey."
