The Environmental Protection Agency has just launched its own version of the FBI's most-wanted list. It's a compilation of 23 fugitives accused of harming nature, and it includes info on their crimes, backgrounds and where they might be hiding. The list includes William Austin Morgan, pictured here, who is charged with illegally transporting hazardous waste and making false statements to the EPA. He's believed to be in Canada. Other criminals on the run are charged with illegally dumping waste and smuggling ozone-depleting contraband. An AP report says the government needs help tracking these guys down. Take a look here.

Dan, take a look at that list: money laundering, mail/wire fraud, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, smuggling, & fleeing just before trials. It doesn't matter what substances they were smuggling, they all broke at least one of our laws. I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if these people came off of the FBI's most wanted list.

Ozone depleting contraband? Let me guess, hairspray? Perhaps littering also?
