You tell me what there is to celebrate, as our nation slides ever deeper into moral chaos. I think my time will be better spent at the annual March for Life in Olympia this year than ever before, as that occurs the same day on which some want to party.
Obama is the most 'committed to abortion on-demand' politician ever to run for president and now, having been elected, will likely dismantle what few protections our unborn children have.
So, yes, party if you want, as I know most couldn't care less about our country's mothers killing their own children within their wombs. Looks like many voted for what they perceived as their own economic well-beign over morality. What a surprise.
So, not much to smile about, let alone party about.

Luckily Joel, you have the freedom to party your way...
I will excercise my freedom to party my way!
I will be celebrating the end of the BUSH era!
If you are against abortion, do not have one.

Party Hearty - I think you've confused slavery with freedom - a common mistake. Also - I think it's apparent that mindsets such as what you've written is what I was referring to in my first comment: "...as our nation slides ever deeper into moral chaos..."
One could say: "if you're against murder, don't do (commit) one."
Yes, what I've said sounds 'extremist'
(sad to say). But that doesn't lessen the truth that is obvious to many.
So, party on, Nero....

If you expect to give your point of view any credibility at all you have to stop with the knee jerk, Chicken Little proclaimations like the one above. They have absolutely no basis in truth, only serve to make you look unhinged; and ultimately undermine your cause.

Joel,
Just make sure to have a target on your back whilst you walk so we know who to hit with the paint ball gun. You are lucky it won't be an AK-47 the Republicans are so afraid of not being able to get!
You walk for babies that are not wanted, and I will raise my beer whilst I party away.
BTW, I thought you Republicans stood for big business? Are you saying that now big business is the Democratic party? Or maybe you are just embarrased because big business has taken you and the rest of us for all we've got?
Regards,
Karen from Seattle (the liberal part, I know! And proud of it!)
