Skillet, the mobile diner loved by many, may have some competition. The Southlake blogs that something called the "RC Catering Taco+Truck" has been spotted feeding South Lake Union residents this month. The restaurant operates out of an RV, offering a "mish-mash of Americana fare" priced under $6. Has anyone tried it?

This isn't a new thing. There's a couple places in Austin, TX that are airstream themed. Flip Happy crepes and Shady Grove.

Ive probably tried every food truck in Washington and Oregon, Most of them are clean and not bad at all, In Boston there is a new fine dining RV, I put in reservations to try this, descent concept but will people pay the price? apparently they drive and park at the coastal areas or the harbor for a scenic dining experience. How about an RV converted to a mobile Movie and Dining Experience?
