Do you have strong feelings about a two-way Mercer Street? There's still time to give your opinion on the plan to Seattle transporation officials. In November, Seattle DOT released a draft of the Mercer Corridor Environmental Assessment (EA), which details the plan, its benefits and impacts, for public review.
