Seattle Real Estate News has an artist's rendition of the latest plan of the building that will replace the demolished Manning's Cafeteria/Denny's restaurant at the corner of 15th Avenue NW and NW Market Street in Ballard. It's far from being any sort of landmark: five stories with 287 housing units above and retail space below. Check out the full plan.
Doesn't really surprise me that they would put up yet another multi-use residential retail multiplex in Ballard.
At least it's not another hideous Denny's.
