In case you missed it, Rebekah Denn blogged recently about a 34-foot by 14-foot mobile kitchen ( think Skillet) that's being made into the shape of a pig. She says the "pigstream" is to be named "Maximus Minimus" and will travel around the city bringing pulled-pork sandwhiches to the masses. The idea comes from Sugar Mountain, the parent company of Beecher's Cheese and Pasta & Co. Look for it to hit the city streets by June 1. Rebekah has pictures on her blog.

And in its latest newsletter, Skillet says that they'll be serving on the Eastside soon. They'll start in Bothell and are looking for other locations.
