Capitol Hill's Faire Gallery Café plans a week-long arts festival in celebration of its third anniversary. Organizers are raising money for grants for artists to do site-specific projects at the Faire space on East Olive Way, where more than 200 artists, musicians and actors have been showcased. Events start Monday, May 25 with an art, comedy and music collaboration, and continue throughout the week, culminating Saturday with an art auction. Visit Faire's Web site for more details.
