Fremont's George & Dragon Pub is looking to do a little expanding. Owner John Bayliss told My Ballard he's eyeing the old Mandrakes location at 24th Ave NW and NW Market St. for a second G&D pub. "(It) won't be a high end bar," he said, "just a casual English pub." If the cost of adding a sprinkler system to the locale is within his range, he plans to sign the lease.
