This has the potential to be one of the most interesting plant sales around. The Volunteer Park Conservatory - which is home to carnivorous plants like the Venus Fly Trap and other greenery that is more than 75 years old - plans a sale this month. The annual Fall Plant Sale will take place on Sept. 20, and will include plants featured in the conservatory and specimens from the conservatory's own collection. The sale is put on by the Friends of the Conservatory. More details are here.
