Two Northwest cities got a high ranking from Forbes magazine, but it's not something necessarily to celebrate. The magazine named Portland and Seattle on its annual list of most stressed cities. Seattle came in at number 11, while Portland claimed the 14th spot. Chicago took home the top honors as "most stressed." Forbes said it based its findings on economy, cost of living and weather. Portland came in at number one for the fewest sunny days per year, while Seattle tied for second.
