Well, another developer has decided that Bellevue can afford to offer high-priced condos. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that a conglomerate from the Mideast company of Abu Dhabi plans to break ground in September on a condo building in downtown Bellevue. The announcement comes just a day after Sotheby's announced it was linking up with a Bellevue real estate company to sell high-end luxury homes. (See my previous story or click here to read the KING5.com story (it also has a video report).
