How To Recognize a Transplant Driver

Have you noticed a phenomenon of various out of state license plates here in the Seattle area? I've been seeing plates from New Jersey, Florida, Texas, New York, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and of course, California. What's going on? I thought the state economy was weak yet these people are gobbling up jobs here. I swear these drivers bring their nasty habits. The plates are a dead giveaway but once they switch to WA plates you CAN still pick them out by the way they drive. Here's how to recognize such drivers: 1. they are aggressive and speed/weave in traffic 2. they cut you off 3. they don't use turn signals 4. they tailgate 5. they don't allow you to merge. 6. they don't stop for pedestrians at crosswalks 7. they give you the middle finger or scream. I'm not saying all native Northwesterners are angels, however, I can say they drive more politely.
