When it melts...will it flood?

I hear that Saturday is going to bring rain. I live in Lewis County and I worry about flooding when it snows and then rains. We have alot os snow already and if it rains..that could spell trouble. I wish they would talk about the possibility of this happening to ease the farmers and the rural people. Has anyone else heard anything yet?
