Remember those much hyped planters downtown that made 3rd Avenue safer and more friendly...remember the mayor being toured around for the photo opp...well...the planters are now gone, with only large dirt rings left in their place! Perfect timing for tourist season...
Looks like more tax dollars spent and thrown away, anyone know where they went and why they are gone?
