What is your child doing this summer? Our Sports Camps are dedicated to enhancing your children's knowledge of common and not-so-common sports, like soccer, baseball, basketball, and hiking. Our camp directors are among the finest coaches in the area. These coaches help provide camps of the highest quality, while having fun, and improving the skills of the campers. Campers will have the opportunity to make new, life-long friends. All camps may participate in a weekly field trip. These trips may include outings to local beaches, swimming pools, or other fun events with the emphasis of improving your child, through instructional camps paced with lots of fun! No matter what your child's interest may be, we have the right camp for them!

YOUTH SPORTS SUMMER DAY CAMPS - AGES 7-12
Our Sports Camps for ages 7-12 are dedicated to enhancing your children's knowledge of common and not-so-common sports. Weekly field trips to local beaches, pools, Wild Waves and other fun events are included. Camp Hours: 9:30am - 3:00pm Weekly Fees: Resident: $145 Non-resident: $175

FIRST SWING BASEBALL CAMP - AGES 5-14
The City of Bellevue and First Swing Baseball are happy to bring you the Complete Baseball Camp July 20-24 and August 10-14 and Skills Camp July 21-23 and Aug 11-13. Young players will learn the basic skill sets of hitting, throwing, fielding and the metal game. Resident $105 Non-Resident $126. Camps are held at Wilburton Hill Community Park.
SOCCER CAMPS WITH MICHAEL SMITH SOCCER TECH - AGES 4-10
Give your child the opportunity to learn the fun game of soccer. Dribbling, passing and scoring goals will be developed while participating in technique activities and small sided games. Ages 4 and 5 camps are 9-10:30am Residents $50 Non-Resident $60 and ages 6-10 camps are 9-noon Residents $86 Non-Resident $103 July 13-16, July 20-23 and Aug 10-13.
KENDO CAMPS - AGES 8-18
Kendo camp is for those students who have completed beginning and are in either intermediate or advanced Kendo. Individuals with previous experience must contact instructor. Resident $80 Non-Resident $96 located at Highland Community Center July 20-24 9am-Noon.
UK INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SOCCER CAMP - AGES 4-13
Uk British soccer coaches will instruct your child in skills, fundamentals, small guided games and technical session's in soccer. Half day camp for ages 4-14 9am-noon Residents $99 Non-Resident $119. Full day camp for ages 7-14 9am-3pm Residents $155 Non-Residents $186. Camp dates are July 27-Aug 31 and Aug 17-21 at Ivanhoe.
YOUTH FITNESS
Self Defense/Hapkido Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced - AGES 5 and UP
This co-ed course helps young people develop coordination, balance, focus, strength, self-esteem, group interaction, communication skills and discipline, while teaching personal safety/self-defense in a safe, friendly environment. In addition to lots of conditioning exercises, students will learn a basic kicks, strikes, throws, evasion and grappling. Classes start the first Monday or Wednesday of every month at Lake Hills Clubhouse. Resident $42 Non-Resident $52
Kendo for youth and adults - AGES 8 and UP
Kendo is a co-ed martial arts sport based on Samurai traditions requiring both mental and physical discipline. Participants use bamboo swords and full protective body armor. Classes start on March 27 at 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Kendo are all offered at Highland Community Center. Resident $50 Non Resident $60
Traditional Tai Chi Chuan Sword Play - Ages 16 and UP
An Ancient Chinese method for promoting a well integrated body and mind. Using a series of stretching exercises, beginning with focusing on the natural flow of breath, we slowly work toward incorporating good posture and the 24 simplified movements of Tai- Chi. Also incorporated are the 32 simplified movements of Tai Chi Swordplay. This method increases circulation throughout the body, improves concentration, coordination, and flexibility. Classes begin April 13, 16 and May 18 and 21 at Lake Hills Club House from 7:30-9pm. Resident $55 Non Resident $66
