ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After the unexpected death of Seattle rocker Ian Fisher of the popular eighties band "The Cowboys", the remaining members of the band put together an impressive tribute. On Dec. 2nd 2007, The Cowboys were joined on stage at the Tractor Tavern by an all star, old school, Seattle Rock and Roll band. Rick Smith of "The Girls" and "The Lonesome City Kings: sat in on most of the vocals for Ian. Steve Pearson of "The Heaters" and "The Rangehoods" on guitar and vocals, Dave Dederer of "The Presidents of the United states of America" on guitar and Jim Basnight of "The Moberlys" sang a song or two. It was a bitter sweet night but the band was spot on... ripping through an inspired set of Fisher's songs. The Seattle Times listed the show as one of the top ten musical events for 2007.
